Im at the forest heights track and the weather says its 91 degrees out but combined humidity it" feels" like 102 degrees. I heard today that little rock recorded its highest temp reading ever, a new record today. So it only seems fitting that I should attempt to run a few miles now that the sun has gone down. I really enjoy being able to text and blog on my warm up. I find its easier to run at night than day. I saw a young woman out jogging down markham, so if she can do it...
