Established a mouse tumor model, divided into saline group, HA14-1 group, cyclophosphamide group, HA14-1 + cyclophosphamide group, by Western blot and immunohistochemical methods detected barium Bcl-2, Bax protein expression . Results HA14-1 group, cyclophosphamide group, HA14-1 + CTX group than in the saline group decreased expression of Bcl-2, Bax expression increased (P0.05), HA14-1 + CTX group than in the single HA14 -1 groups or cyclophosphamide group Bcl-2 expression was significantly reduced, Bax expression was significantly increased (P0.05).
