Explore the SP600125-JNK inhibitor on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats neurons and its mechanism. Methods: 54 male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (SH group), ischemia-reperfusion group (IR), JNK inhibitor SP600125 group (SP group), each divided according to the time of reperfusion 30min, 24h and 72h3 subgroups, each sub-group of 6 animals. Was established by using the 4-VO SD rat model of cerebral ischemia, cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in a predetermined time point measured hippocampal CAl number of surviving pyramidal cells, Bcl-2 and Bax protein positive cells. Results: After ischemia-reperfusion, hippocampal CA1 region visible increase in the number of apoptotic cells, the number of viable cells decreased (P0.01), compared with IR group, SP group, a larger number of viable cells (P0.05); compared with IR group , SP group, Bcl-2-positive large increase in the number of pyramidal cells (P0.05), Bax-positive small increase in the number of pyramidal cells (P0.05). Conclusion: SP600125 can play a protective effect on neurons, and this effect may be through the influence of Bcl-2 and Bax protein expression achieved.
