Gunwalker scandal: ATF chief assassin/director out of top job

The corrupt Obama administration refuses to prosecute this criminal Kenneth Melson for his presiding over the deaths of innocents on both sides of the border. The Obama administration handed down 'Fast and Furious' as a means to gain political support for a renewed push on the despised Clinton era assault weapons ban. Obama and his minions have no scruples when it comes to the setup.

Does it really surprise us that the director of the ATF who has blood on his hands will not be prosecuted by the executive branch? Just like Janet Reno was not executed for her criminal actions against the Branch Davidians and Ruby Ridge incident, so another ATF scum-scoundrel-murder is let off the hook by an illegal administration. We can only hope that Ron Paul will get elected and disband this criminal para-military execution force known as the ATF. If the ATF were disbanded that *might* stave off another US civil war.

Us widens Drug war: hosts mexico miltary on us soil

US WIDENS WAR

This is a violation of both country's national sovereignty. Is it possible that Mexican para military police units are off loaded from these helicopters, then American special forces loaded, and carry out the missions then return? Since the operations are conducted to maximize the anonymity of the partcipants how would anyone know? Furthermore, such operations so conducted beg the question of accountability? This is the creation of a secret military police state force that is answerable to no one. This sort of tactic is likely evolving for use against US insurgents when the uprising begins in the states.

LSD lab busted?

So the title claims an LSD lab but sounds more like a distribution ring. The media and the security apparatus tend to inflate these things but let's face it: LSD synthesis is very complex.

August 27, 2011 3:00 a.m. Indictments for 2 in N. Anthony LSD lab

The Journal Gazette

A federal grand jury indicted a Fort Wayne couple on three counts related to the distribution of LSD.

This month, James B. Nelson, 29, and Stefanie Redfern, 22, both of the 1800 block of North Anthony Boulevard, were arrested by federal agents.

Inside their apartment, investigators found little bags full of powders, various pills in a variety of colors, a hydraulic pill press, bags of cash, and a clear plastic bag with about a pound of a brown crystalline substance, according to court documents.

The pair were indicted on two counts of distributing less than 10 grams but more than 1 gram of LSD and one count of distribution of less than 10 grams but more than 1 gram of LSD and ketamine, according to court documents.

The grand jury also indicted Redfern on a single count of profiting from the use of a building for distribution of controlled substances.

As part of the indictment, the government seeks the forfeiture of scales, computer equipment, a heat sealer, the hydraulic pill press and $123,647 in cash.

Welcome to PistolCam . Seems simple enough. Why aren't all departments required to operate these devices in conjunction with the approval (by society) of the use of varying degrees of force up to and including lethal force?

VLAN

LiNUX Horizon - VLAN - Virtual Local Area
Network

Short for Virtual Local Area Network (Virual LAN, IEEE 802.1q), a network of computers that behave as if they are connected to the same wire even though they may actually be physically located on different segments of a LAN. VLANs are configured through software rather than hardware, which makes them extremely flexible. One of the biggest advantages of VLANs is that when a computer is physically moved to another location, it can stay on the same VLAN without any hardware reconfiguration and you can have multiple networks on the same cable without having them interfere each other. It is similar to having one cable for every network.

Revolution or Retribution?

I know that often when I speak about revolution what I am really talking about is retribution, as are many so-called "revolutionary minded persons" today. But if you are planning revenge on the old system for any number of grievances, then this boss is same as the old boss. First, we take into consideration the words of the Dali Lama who advises against violence since it so easily gets out of control. Second, we recall that draconian measures and punitive "mean spirited" legal trappings are the reserve of the old system, the system that true revolution seeks to replace.

It is tempting to design a state within a state to punish the old (state) apparatus, but when the offenders of the old regime are finished, who will this 'apparatus of vengeance' seek next? Will it go away quietly or will it persist parallel to any new social order, and in effect, rain down an arbitrary and cruel order every bit as capricious as the old order it purports to replace? We must endeavor to replace the old order without falling into the trap of seeking revenge.

If we are to truly create a revolutionary order that is worthy-to-replace the old, then this order must be more tolerant, less violent, and overall more willing to forgo violence and punishment as a means to social control. Otherwise the revolution will spoil quickly, and it will become as hated and despised as the old order, engendering neither love nor willingness to defend that order by the common citizen. And there will be dark days for any new revolutionary order, and those are the times when the love of the people is more important than their fear and certainly more useful than their resentment.

UK Riots 2011

One commentator said: "Mr. Cameron's oppressive policies against the men and boys of the UK are a direct and proximate cause of the riots. He should bear the full responsibility for every drop of blood that is shed. Mr. Cameron has appropriated enormous resources ensuring that the men of Britain have no right to access their children without female approval, no access to their income, no access to education, employment or a presumption of innocence. He is not much different from Qaddafi or Bashir Al_Assad. Perhaps we should call upon NATO to bomb London unless there is an immediate resignation of David Cameron ... for the good of the English people, of course !!"

The UK is degenerate and corrupt. Their system of government has been working hard for many decades to destroy the family and men in particular. Their family law system is just as rotten as the US. Naturally we endorse the ersatz destruction of the wicked society. May God favor the rioters and may all government be burnt to the ground.

DHS TERROR DATABASE PRIVACY IMPACT ASSESSMENT

http://www.dhs.gov/xlibrary/assets/privacy/privacy_pia_dhs_wls.pdf

"The Homeland Security Presidential Directive 6 (HSPD-6), issued in September 2003, called for the
establishment and use of a single consolidated terrorist watchlist to improve the identification, screening,
and tracking of  individuals known or  appropriately  suspected  to be or have been engaged in conduct
constituting, in preparation for, in aid of, or related to terrorism (known or suspected  terrorists).
Currently, the TSC distributes  the  watchlist information from the TSDB to other government agencies
including the DHS and DHS‟s internal components.

WLS will allow TSC and DHS to move away from a manual and cumbersome process of data
transmission and management to an automated and centralized process.  WLS will replace multiple data
feeds from the TSC to DHS components to more efficiently facilitate DHS mission-related functions, such as
counterterrorism, law enforcement, border security, and inspection activities.  DHS will not receive any
new data as part of the WLS; the system was created for efficiency purposes only.  At this time, WLS is a
system-to-system secure connection with no direct user interface. "

SCOTUS: No automatic right to lawyer in US civil cases

So if SCOTUS says that legal representation would impose an undue burden on the states who are prosecuting indigent defendants, imagine how much greater the burden for cost of imprisonment. If the state can ill afford to provide legal council to indigent defendants (who face loss of liberty in civil proceedings), how can SCOTUS reason that providing defendants said defense is an undue burden but imprisoning them is not?

AFP: No automatic right to lawyer in US civil cases:

"WASHINGTON — The US Supreme Court ruled that states did not have an automatic duty to provide counsel in civil courts in the case of a divorced father who was jailed for failing to pay child support.

By a majority 5-4 vote, the justices found that while the South Carolina father's rights had been violated because he was not given free counsel, US states did not have to provide such advice in all civil contempt cases.
The case was being highly watched and had become emblematic of what civil rights groups have called a trend towards "debtors' prisons" in America.
In the case before the Supreme Court, Michael Turner had been ordered to pay $51.73 a week in child support. But he had regularly fallen behind, and spent short spells in prison.
On his fifth infraction, the South Carolina family court sentenced him to six months in jail. But on his release he was $5,728 in arrears, and was then sentenced to 12 months in jail.
Turner appealed arguing his constitutional rights had been violated as he had not been given access to free counsel -- as is normal in criminal cases -- to argue that he had been unable to pay the funds due during his jail term.
In Monday's majority decision, the court ruled that a constitutional amendment "does not automatically require the State to provide counsel at civil contempt proceedings to an indigent noncustodial parent who is subject to a child support order, even if that individual faces incarceration."
It found that such a requirement could put the other parent at a disadvantage if they could not afford a lawyer creating "an asymmetry of representation that would alter significantly the nature of the proceeding."

Ideological Struggle

Most people in the US today are mercenaries. Their loyalty can be purchased. There are prescious few persons who are today even capable of ideological struggle, that is expending effort towards a political or spiritual goal. Most citizens feign allegiance to a religion but here too we too often find the influence of the dollar. Most so-called christians are merely economists making a wager that from infancy has been drilled into them, that being a heavenly afterlife awaiting them as "payout." These persons are worthless when it comes to the movement. They are apathetic planks in a sea of drift wood. The good news is, however, that such persons can be counted on to absolutely not resist or provide any obstacle to the spiritual warrior. The mass of humans today can be counted upon to completely stand by as the old order is assailed. Their apathy is a bulwark against spiritual development of the species but also no obstacle against a renewal of national spiritual awakenings.

The Central Government and Security Forces must be abolished!

Really enjoying the latest release of LEO document dump from Anon with the stated purpose to "disrupt and sabotage their ability to communicate and terrorize communities."

Considering that so-called terrorist orgs on their best days never kill more US citizens than even a fraction of what tobacco and auto accidents do in this country on a daily basis we must ask why (as a nation) are spending so many resources combating this non-threat? I think the whole 9-11 "Al-Qaeda" threat was a scam false flag setup by the military industrial complex to ensure it had welfare heading into the new century.

We as Americans have to wake up to the fact that the biggest threat to our safety, well being, and economic security are the people running the show, which means the central government and the security forces. The central government (FEDGOV) is organizing our society into an ever more draconian police state, has created a vast apparatus of oppression using secret police, secret tribunals, extra-judicial executions, torture, false arrest and imprisonment, a phony war on drugs, never ending illegal wars of foreign occupation for resources abroad, slavery at home through unsustainable wages and unlimited protections for the corporations who violate the rights and well-being of the citizenry over and against the constitution, propaganda and misdirection, economic manipulation by the central banks to debase the currency and reduce the citizenry to penury, environmental destruction including alteration of the earth's atmosphere and destruction of the forests and biodiversity, and finally and perhaps most pernicious of all instituting through the use of computers and data networks an insidious micromanagement of time so that human consciousness itself becomes a neurotic impertinence of ever increasing industrial demands totally disconnected from a truly human mode of experiencing.

Everyday we are getting closer to revolution in the United States b/c the machinations of the corrupt political order are failing to produce the desired results, in fact just the opposite. There has been too much greed in their designs, and as a result soon the political and security orders will start killing each other as happened in the Mexican PRI party which led to an end of it's sixty-odd year monopoly. What form that revolution will ultimately take is difficult to say at this point, since we can not know precisely the time which it will evolve into an active (kinetic) and public (open) form of resistance against the central authority.

It is very important that the common man understands that under the current order he has no future, and that only through revolutionary struggle can he secure his future. With this thought we endeavor to smash the apparatus of state oppression and restore the constitution.

Great Article from Cop Block that compares the vast use of arrest in the United States to de facto human trafficking. Short and well worth the read. Also, a rousing quote from von Mises.

Human Trafficking | Cop Block: "As the great Ludwig von Mises once said: “No one can find a safe way out for himself if society is sweeping towards destruction. Therefore everyone, in his own interests, must thrust himself vigorously into the intellectual battle. None can stand aside with unconcern; the interests of everyone hang on the result.”"

Concealed Carry and Little Rock City Manager Bruce Moore

In response to City Manager Bruce Moore's new policy that denies retired police officers the right
to carry a concealed weapon at City Hall and on all City property.

The Little Rock City Manager, Bruce Moore, has shown his disdain and total disrespect for retired and active police officers.  He has instituted an ordinance prohibiting retired and off duty officers from carrying weapons in any city building or on any city property.   I guess we can't go to parks anymore or have retired officer annual qualifications at the LRPD range since no weapons are allowed.   Violations of this ordinance carry the threat of being arrested for criminal trespass.  After many years of faithful service protecting the city and it's citizens, this is the treatment retired officers receive.  I'm sure the criminal element will be elated at the news.  Thanks, Bill

Obama White House "combating extremism" AKA "Selling police state"

You can read the official document here.

Considering the Federal Government conducts unjust, illegal, wars of foreign occupation in the name of economic plunder, do they not count as a variation of "violent extremist" ideology? Considering that the US military industrial complex recruits the youth of America to serve in their imperialist wars, are they not the mirror image of Al Qaida in many, many respects? To quote Col. Kurtz, "What do you call it when the assassins accuse the assassins?"

Get inPulse and Hack Your Watch | Home

Ineresting consumer device. Expect to see many more such like them. Looking forward to seeing MOtorola's incarnation which hasn't launched (to my knowledge as of this writing). This link here states that their device can let you "get real-time notificatoins. Right on your wrist."

HOw is this going to be better than a cell phone? Why do we need another device in addition to a cell phone (the latter of which is often considered a necessity in our modern times). It's going to be a hard sell. If the device doesn't play host to the "killer app" then pray tell what's it good for otherwise?

Running while its hot out.

Im at the forest heights track and the weather says its 91 degrees out but combined humidity it" feels" like 102 degrees. I heard today that little rock recorded its highest temp reading ever, a new record today. So it only seems fitting that I should attempt to run a few miles now that the sun has gone down. I really enjoy being able to text and blog on my warm up. I find its easier to run at night than day. I saw a young woman out jogging down markham, so if she can do it...
