Is it possible that Mexican para military police units are off loaded from these helicopters, then American special forces loaded, and carry out the missions then return? Since the operations are conducted to maximize the anonymity of the partcipants how would anyone know? Furthermore, such operations so conducted beg the question of accountability? This is the creation of a secret military police state force that is answerable to no one. This sort of tactic is likely evolving for use against US insurgents when the uprising begins in the states.
